If you receive a faulty or damaged product please email us immediately

 

 

We will then work with you to get one of our couriers to collect the product and once we have it back and inspect it we will either refund or replace the faulty product.

 

Manic Sales offers a 7 day "no questions asked" period where you may have your product returned to us or one of our suppliers if you have changed your mind for a full refund. You will be required to have the product returned in its original packaging and in a NEW condition. Return postage on "change of mind" returns will be at your expense, we would strongly recommend tracking and insurance on all returns.

 

 

 

As most of our products are sent direct from our fantastic partners we will work with you and them to get any issue resolved.
